Private Events at Ritual + Root | Grand Haven Creative Gatherings

Looking for a unique and memorable way to celebrate? Ritual + Root offers private event experiences designed to bring people together through creativity, ritual, and connection.

Gather your friends, family, or colleagues in our cozy studio and enjoy hands-on activities like our Candle Bar or Bath Soak + Body Oil Bar, where guests create custom blends to take home. Add a touch of the mystical with personal astrology mini-readings or other curated offerings to make your gathering truly one of a kind.

Whether it’s a birthday, bridal shower, staff outing, team-building event, or simply a reason to gather, Ritual + Root is a beautiful space to create, connect, and celebrate.

Private Event Packages

Extras + Customization

• Additional creations: +$16+ each (depending on product)
• Extra studio time: +$50 per half hour
• Practitioner add-ons (tarot, reiki, etc.): inquire for rates

Every event is fully customizable — from creations to practitioners. We’ll work with you to make it memorable.

Booking + Policies

Scheduling

Private events may be scheduled on weekends or select weekday evenings. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Deposits

A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 7 days’ notice. Your deposit may be transferred to a new date within 3 months of the original booking, subject to availability.

Cancellations

• More than 7 days in advance: Deposit is non-refundable but may be applied toward a future event within 3 months.
• Less than 7 days in advance: Deposit is forfeited and cannot be transferred.
• No-shows or within 48 hours: Full payment is non-refundable.

Guest Counts

Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days before the event. This number will be used for supply prep and final billing.

Food + Beverage

Outside catering is welcome, or you may bring your own food and snacks. Mimosa Bar, water, coffee, and hot tea are provided in all packages. Please drink responsibly; guests must be 21+ for alcohol.
