Availability and rates vary by practitioner. Let us know what you’re envisioning, and we’ll share options and pricing.
Booking + Policies
Scheduling
Private events are scheduled by request and availability, outside of our regular open studio hours. We’ll work with you to find a date and time that aligns with your group and the experience you’re interested in.
Deposits
A non-refundable $100 deposit is applied toward your total and reserves your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
Rescheduling + Cancellations

More than 7 days notice: Your deposit may be transferred to a new date within 3 months, based on availability

Less than 7 days notice: The deposit is forfeited.

Within 48 hours or no-shows: Full payment is non-refundable.
Guest Counts
Final guest count is due 7 days before your event for material prep and billing.
Food + Beverage
Outside food and catering are welcome. All private events include:
- Complimentary Mimosa Bar
- Water, tea + coffee
Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol.
