Gather your friends, family, or colleagues in our cozy studio and enjoy hands-on activities like our Candle Bar or Bath Soak + Body Oil Bar, where guests can create their own custom blends to take home. Add a touch of the mystical with personal astrology readings or other curated offerings to make your gathering truly one of a kind.
Whether it’s a birthday, bridal shower, team-building event, or just a reason to gather, Ritual + Root is the perfect space to create, connect, and celebrate. Choose from our private event packages:

✨ Every event is fully customizable — from creations to practitioners. We’ll work with you to make it memorable.
✨ Booking + Policies
Scheduling
Private events may be scheduled on weekends or select weekday evenings. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans can shift. If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 7 days’ notice. Your deposit may be transferred to a new date within 3 months of the original booking, subject to availability.
Cancellations
- More than 7 days in advance: Deposit is non-refundable but may be applied toward a future event within 3 months.
- Less than 7 days in advance: Deposit is forfeited and cannot be transferred
- No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours: Full payment is non-refundable.
Guest Counts
Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days before the event. This number will be used for supply prep and final billing.
Food + Beverage
Outside catering is welcome, or you may bring your own food and snacks. Mimosa Bar, water, coffee, and hot tea are provided in all packages.

How it Works
We are excited to launch our new Ritual + Root Loyalty Program!
When you join the Loyalty Program, you will receive a Loyalty Card and will receive a stamp for each workshop you attend. Once you've received stamps for attending five workshops you will receive a $45 credit toward your next workshop!
Terms + Conditions
- Each guest may earn only one loyalty stamp per workshop attended.
- Loyalty card must be presented at the workshop to receive loyalty stamp.
- For free workshop, guest will receive a reward code good for $45. If workshop price is more than $45, guest is responsible for paying the difference.

FAQ
- How do I enroll?
Ask to join the program during your next visit to Ritual + Root and we will set up your account and issue a loyalty card.
- Do I get multiple stamps if I purchase multiple seats at a workshop?
No. Each guest may only earn a loyalty stamp for the seat they occupy at a given workshop. However, each guest is welcome (and encouraged!) to sign up for the program and earn his or her own stamps.
- How do I redeem my free workshop?
Once you have attained all five stamps, we will issue a unique online discount code good for $45 toward any future workshop.
- What if the workshop I want to attend is more than $45?
You will be responsible for paying the difference if the workshop you want to attend is more than $45.
- How do I receive a stamp?
Just present your Loyalty Card to a Ritual + Root employee during the workshop you are attending and we will stamp your card.
- Is there a time limit or expiration date to earn and redeem my free workshop?
Nope! There is no time limit for earning or redeeming.
