During this insightful and personal painting class, Artist Dave Kippen will lead budding artists through some of the core mindfulness practices of recognizing the energy and sensations within your own body as you reflect on your past, present, and future. You will use those feelings to guide your paint brush to create a unique, one-of-a-kind piece of art that could only come from you!
The real goal of the class is simply the process of discovery and creation, and not necessarily creating the next Mona Lisa! Prior attendees have been shocked in many ways - from how therapeutic a simple class can be, to how energetic it made them feel!
You do NOT need any prior art OR Mindfulness training to enjoy this class!
