Full Moon Yoga || Flower Moon in Scorpio

Dig deep & express yourself! Harness the illuminating, deep & sensual nature of this Full Flower Moon in Scorpio with this unique & immersive Yoga class.

Steph of Destination:Yoga will guide you in a modified Moon Salutation flow aimed to help you bring your attention away from any distractions, release blocks, align you with your truest hearts desires & finally strengthen the Vishuddha (Throat Chakra) to be able to express it without shame.

Being the Flower Moon, we will celebrate with floating flowers, flower essences, floral tea, and more!

Class will run a little over an hour. Please leave extra time for tea and community reflection time afterward. Approximately 1.5 hours.

Please do bring water, a mat & any yoga props you enjoy. There will be extra mats for those who need! Hope to see you there.
