What to Expect

No reservation needed during Open Studio Hours — just come in! We’ll get you set up at the Candle Bar, walk you through the process, and help you pour your candle from start to finish.

Pour your candle and let it set. We’ll share burn + care tips before you head out.

Walk-Ins Welcome

First Come, First Served

  • During Open Studio Hours, Candle Bar seats are based on availability.
  • If we’re busy, we’ll give you a wait time (and you can browse the shop).
  • Groups are welcome — private events are great for guaranteed space.
Timing

Plan for 60–90 Minutes

  • Most guests spend 1–1.5 hours creating from start to finish.
  • If you’re on a schedule, let us know when you arrive.
  • We’ll guide you to a vessel option that fits your timeline.
Take-Home

Same-Day Pick Up

  • Many candles are ready to carefully transport after setting.
  • Some vessels may need longer — we’ll walk you through options.
  • We’ll share simple care tips so it burns beautifully.

Do I need a reservation?

Nope — during Open Studio Hours, walk-ins are welcome. Candle Bar seating is first come, first served.

How long does it take?

Most guests spend about 60–90 minutes from start to finish.

Can I come with a group?

Yes! Groups are welcome during Open Studio Hours, but for a guaranteed space/time we recommend a private event.

Can I bring food or drinks?

We do not allow food and beverage during regular open studio hours.  For a private candle bar event, you’re welcome to bring your own food and all of our private event packages include a complimentary mimosa bar. We’re happy to recommend local partners if you want catering.

Is it beginner-friendly?

Absolutely. We guide you through every step, including fragrance blending and pouring.
