During this amazing class, Artist Dave Kippen will lead budding artists through some of the core mindfulness practices of recognizing the energy and sensations within your own body. You will use those feelings to guide your paint brush to create a unique, one-of-a-kind piece of art that could only come from you! The real goal of the class is the process of discovery and creation, and not necessarily creating the next Mona Lisa!

You do not need any prior art or Mindfulness training to enjoy this class!
